I'm Gina, the woman behind Pregnancy Food Checker. My mission is to help pregnant mothers enjoy food safely during pregnancy by banishing myths and giving clear, real-life examples. I hold a Certification on Nutrition and Lifestyle during Pregnancy from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and a Diploma in Human Nutrition.
